My first key didn't work, the support helped me out with giving a new key twice. With the second key I waited 8 days because I didn't notice the message. Not sure if that's the reason why the second key didn't work, but I guess the keys expire fast.

Non è attivabile tramite sito office, ma l'attivazione tramite chiamata telefonica ha funzionato subito.
