Worked like a charm, when you call the Microsoft Automated Service, after you've given the key numbers, they will ask "How many Windows have you installed this product?" Answer press "ZERO" on your phone, and they will give you the licence key numbers. Don't say one (you might think you need to say you are going to install on one computer, but no, you have to press zero as you've not installed on any computer which is the right answer 0)
