Works just fine, don't forget to read Microsoft's instructions to convert eval edition to standard edition, to apply key.

Low price was kinda suspect but low enough to give it a try. I was disappointed that the 2019 Evaluation version did not accept the key, but turns out there are a couple PowerShell commands involved to convert evaluation to standard version, after which the key was accepted.
